I've added the 2010 Faughnan-Lagace solstice letter to the The Annual Solstice Letters collection (also Microsoft Word docx).
The formatting isn't quite right, but if you narrow your web page it shouldn't look too bad [1].
[1] Geeky footnote -- there were better tools for doing this in 1997 than in 2000, and the options are particularly weak on today's Mac.
